BUYER BEWARE ! ! ! We put a $500 deposit down on a 2010 Ford Fusion with the agreement they would fix the tire sensor and line up and fix the drivers side rear taillight. Came to pick up the car and they did not tell us it had been hit or bumped in that same area. They would of had us drive off without telling us of the problem. We found it when we were putting on the 60 day tag. We did not pick up the car at that time and they did not give us back our deposit. The follow Monday we called and then picked the car up to take it to body repair shop and received an estimate for repair. After taking it back to the dealership, they said they wanted to get their body guy to look at it. Well, then they sold the car out from underneath us and we still do not have our deposit money back. Very poor communication with these people, they do not call you back and they do not do what they say they are going to do. BUYER BEWARE ! ! !

Bought from these people and was told Missouri had to honor Kansas sales. I didnt even get my title for almost 2 months they ended up having to over night it to me. Missouri charged a late fee as I told this company they would called the company and one of the sales managers told me would reimburse the late fee to me waited a week never got it called back was told would send in the morning. Then covid-19 shut stuff down so I waited until things reopened talked to another guy stated he was the main manager and assured me he would send the next day. Weeks later still nothing.

My husband and I just purchased a used F150 a week ago. It was a great deal and when I took it to my mechanic today the only thing they could come up with for anything wrong was the brake pads might need replaced within a year! The only reason I put 4 stars is staff wasnt overly friendly, but they did greet us promptly and tried to answer all our questions. Over all, very satisfied with our purchase and this business.

They are liars and frauds, their reviews are lies, she had me take a video saying how they helped me because they put me in a situation I needed saved from. I went there for a vehicle that was loan approved, down payment paid and then after being dropped off for a done deal two and half hours after close they are rudely blaming me for the time, changed vehicles on me 3 times to where I was stuck and took an old truck that cleaned up real nice apparently, had a highway patrol escort home due to malfunction and safety fo me me by the officers, $1400 dollars later and only one reply with a promise to contact next day yet another emergency, warranty expired and yet again it locked up on me, the idle pulls literally just fell off while I was sitting in the drive thru of McDonald's getting my old dog a cheeseburger whom I had to walk 14 blocks home with no leash and he has hip deplalaxia. Such a great bunch of complete and total high quality salesman!!
