Sadly this is not a success story but I wanted to share my personal experience with EMSculpt Neo at Evolution Body Transformation. I paid several thousands of dollars and underwent 6 uncomfortable/painful treatments and saw no results. I really wanted it to work but it just didn't for me. Stacy agreed that there were no results and was kind enough to offer further services but I was not in a position to spend more money and had to decline. She also emailed me the form I signed stating I was aware of this possibility so I have to take full responsibility. It is really sad that I'm out so much money for nothing but I guess that's the chance I took and the price I pay. I hope this review helps provide more information for someone considering this treatment and hopefully can save other people from having this experience.

Hi Kate, I'm very sorry about the miscommunication. I know there are a lot of treatments here and things can be confusing. The fact that the Coolsculpting gift card promotion ended so quickly and abruptly took everyone by surprise. I hope you get really nice results from your treatments and it was wonderful meeting you and getting the opportunity to work with you. I will take your criticisms to heart and we are upgrading our software platform so I will be able to generate easier to understand invoices. All the best.

It really bums me out I have to write a poor review. Because the nature of the procedures I got, my results aren't instant. So it's not like I can say "oh, it was worth the bad experience." I won't know for 3ish months... That being said. As of right now it wasn't worth it. Stacy was very polite and kind during my initial consult. After that things went down hill. I came into my first appointment asking additional questions about treatments and pricing, and even though this is her world it isn't ours. It's confusing, and she doesn't do a good job extending patience when explaining. I felt very small in the way she would reply back to me. I also had a pricing issue when she offered a promo. I spoke to 3 different higher ups and they all said she handled it incorrectly, and when I tried reaching out to her about it, after pointing that out to her she stopped replying to me. She also does not give you a pricing print out til AFTER your treatments. So things are even more confusing and up in the air until you're treated for and there's no option but to pay her the amount of money. I felt all of it was handled backwards, and the kart before the horse in so many respects. I would not recommend coming here... I wish I could say different, but nothing was done to help make this wrong a right.

I am so very sorry you were unhappy with your experience. I am not sure which typical laser hair procedures you are referring to, as each system is unique and has its own set of protocols. Unfortunately our system is attracted to pigment, so there is no way we could promise you the color of your freckles would not change, even if we covered them. We have the policy that if we do not feel we can achieve the expectations of a potential client we would rather refer them to another provider than go through with the procedure and have them be dissatisfied with the end result. I'm very sorry we wasted your time.

This place does not follow typical laser hair removal procedures. They don't cover large freckles for protection which is very concerning. When I explained that I was concerned, the woman doing the consultation told me to go somewhere else. She was extremely rude and completely wasted my time. I will absolutely not recommend this place to anyone as they were so disrespectful
