This game in question could have been put aside in a buffing pile to be cleaned or possibly had gotten sold already or not correctly taken out of inventory if it was damaged beyond cleaning. These kinds of mistakes do happen time to time, our store team members strive to do our best on ensuring correct items are in stock and holding those items if requested so something like this doesn't happen. I went to Nirvana and I asked him for a video game the person who worked there stated they had the game then when I went up there to buy the game they stated oh I'm sorry I made a mistake we don't have it and I found that to be truly disrespectful cuz he was it doing his job right it was very unprofessional very disrespectful very uncommon and I find it the shows the lack of morality one person can mess it up for everybody so I suggest be careful who you talk to in this place not all of them are bad only maybe a few apples but be careful when you go up there it is not what you think if you're buying video games and you want in a certain game and you find out they don't have it very hurtful and need to talk to somebody on it.

Hey Nichole were sorry to hear about the issues with pricing of our used video games. We currently utilize the same pricing system to pull used video game prices weekly that GameStop and other big box video game retailers in this industry use. Now our return policy is detailed at the cash register areas, printed on your receipt along with being given verbally with the sales of all video games and accessories. We offer a 2 day "if you don't like it" policy to come swap your game for something different (GameStop doesn't offer this), we also offer 30 day warranty against defect on anything sold in the store along with returns for something different in the store. We DO NOT offer cash refunds which is inline with GameStop and other big box video game retailers in this industry (if you can get a cash refund at GameStop we would be impressed!) They sell used games for the price of new ones! Also do not give returns at all only store credit. So if you spend any money at all you will NOT be able to get it back.! I would Not recommend this place! Just go to game stop!

Very clean shop, great space for tabletop gaming, helpful workers, and fairly good selection of product for card games, board games, and video games along with some accessories. Everyone should feel welcome to come to Nerdvana.

We also offer the best cash trade value in town and always buy (game exchange isn't buying trade right now for some reason). As the only local owned game store in the area we can't always match chain retail stores such as GameStop and Game Exchange though we try our best to. They have video games/tcg packs(some singles just never what your looking for and mostly magic the gathering that I can tell)/gaming accessories........ I've only been to the one in Jackson Tennessee and it was ok I guess.......... Staff were semi friendly and helpful............ They are way more like GameStop than some others with more non video gaming.......... I always find more things at a better price at game exchange but that's just my opinion........2 1/2 stars at best
