Very disappointing and disrespectful customer service. I was seriously going to get a shoe here because I seen another FedEx employee who mentioned the great customer service I did not experience this perhaps I'm the wrong skin tone I don't know I digress. I don't work at a shoe store so I'm not knowledgeable about shoes I just know what feels good and what does not. I have some questions to narrow down my choices but belittling and condescending and maybe you're having a bad day Surfer goatee guy but after the fifth insult of belittling my knowledge of shoes I walked out and I won't be returning ever. That kind of customer service is uncalled for and honestly I don't know what the source of your frustration understandably I misused "composite toe Footwear" for "lightweight boot"... and as I said before I left sorry to waste your time and I won't waste my time on you anymore than this. Thank you Gilvins, I've definitely felt as though I was a very unwelcome customer you can thank your blonde goatee Surfer guy
