Hi Peter, Sorry you wasn't happy with your experience at whites garage. As we explained the machine vacuum tests for leaks and if it does not detect any leaks it continues with the regas. The damage/ leak would of been minute for the gas to of held for some time so it would not of been simple to say straight away as it was working after the initial regas. we did have you booked in to look into this issue and have explained we would of regassed for no charge and the repairs would of been cheaper. Unfortunately you cancelled your booking with ourselves. we are sorry we did not get the chance to sort this issue. kind regards Whites garage

I took my car to this garage for aircon regas. I have mentioned the might be a leak somewhere because my gas gone just in 10 month. They said everything is fine . Ok so the mechanic refilled the gas / I used them 10 month ago as well / and after 3 weeks the gas gone already. I used the different garage to check what is going on. I needed a new condenser plus gas refill 350 . They supposed to realise the condenser damaged .I won't use them again. Poor service .
fantastic service. had an issue with a noise whilst braking. Whites were absolutely fantastic, at first look they thought brake pads worn low but after full diagnostic, they confirmed no issue with them - what fantastic honest people. will definitely take our car back to Whites for MOT or any work that is required. Absolutely amazing guys who went above and beyond to help me out today. Had my car repaired for mot at another garage and they have not tightened my tyres properly resulting in the tyre coming loose and hanging off. These guys recovered the car and took me to the garage where they let me wait until my car was recovered by the old garage to be repaired. Lovely friendly professional guys who let me and my son sit and wait and couldn't have done anything more. Really helped me out today.
Good Afternoon, thank you for your review, we will take this on board, however i would like to make some points. As we pointed out the machine would of not let us continue if it initially detected a large leak, this is all in the machines hands. we refilled a second time free of charge for you, we also gave you a full refund. We showed you on the ticket where there was still gas held in the system so the leak would of been minor. The Vw specialist you claimed to of seen you told us was your brother and refused to give us the name of his garage or explain how he looked into this issue as we showed you it still held some gas, it was not completely empty. Again we still gave you a full refund. You became threatening and aggressive towards our 23 year old female member of staff who was frightened by your behavior, we have this on cctv footage. in the 7 years of this garage being here we have never had to ban a customer but you are not welcome back after your threatening behavior. As you are a public uber driver i would hate to think of my daughter having to deal with your behavior alone, luckily our staff was there. please feel free to contact if you wish to discuss any further kind regards whites garage

I went to this garage yesterday to re gas my aircon.The guy charged me 56.40 and told me he put 600g gas.I left from there and realised my aircon was still not working.I took my car to a VW specialist who told me that there is no gas whatsoever in the aircon and advised me to take it back to the garage.I took it back to the same garage who checked it and told me there was a leak in my aircon.I asked the guy why he did not tell me this yesterday.The guy was very rude and started using bad language with me.I would never recommend this garage to anyone as he charged me for something he hadnt even done.
