I came here last month to join the wait-list for a GR86. When I called the dealership, they thought I was trying to buy a GR Corolla, and I had to clarify that I was looking for a GR86. When I came to the dealership in person to join the wait-list, they told me I could not get on the wait-list for a GR Corolla. I was trying to get on the wait-list for a GR86. The salesperson, Ibrahim, I was working with was not knowledgeable on the vehicle in question. Apparently the salesperson was new, so I don't blame him too much. They were not familiar with the cars trim levels and colors. I joined the wait-list for a Premium 6mt GR86. A couple weeks later, I got a call asking if I would buy a Supra 2.0 Auto instead. I said no. I tried to leave the wait-list, and I called 3 times and sent multiple emails. I still haven't gotten my refundable deposit back. I would not recommend this dealership for a GR86. Go to Marysville Toyota instead and ask for Dominic. That dealership also has no markup, and their salespeople are more knowledgeable and also have kept in touch with me about any updates. I suppose there is a reason this dealership has 3.8 stars when almost every other one in the region is at 4+.

I have never had this easy an experience car shopping. Before I came in, Kelley, called to confirm the car I wanted to test drive was there. He never suggested a car above my budget. Kelley was the nicest salespeople. Tim who handled the test drive and all the loan paperwork was very nice and helpful. He walked me through all my options and there was zero pressure. I left with the car I wanted and it was a great experience. I am a very happy customer!!

Dont believe the estimate they tell you at the beginning because itll be a lot more at the end. They charge a premium for mediocre service. I had to cancel a road trip because the sales rep said the parts needed wont come in till next week. I called the next day and a different person tells me the part is available tomorrow. No calls to let me know my car is available to pick up nor did they call to let me know the parts came in early. Unprofessional and frustrating. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE
