We called about a truck and was told it was available. We drove from Attleboro, MA to Concord, NH only to be told when we got there that they did not have the key. They said they sold a similar truck the day before and gave the keys to that customer. They had a key made for the truck and we went back up to see it. We ended up purchasing the truck and they were supposed to contact the other customer to get the keys back. We never received a call letting us know if they were able to get the keys. We had to call them, only to be told that the customer that they thought had them did not, which I do not believe. Otherwise, it would mean that they lost keys to a vehicle on their lot. Not very good follow up or customer service.

I bought a 2011 Toyota Tundra from Price auto sales 2 in August of 2021 for 24k. After about 3 weeks of driving it the check engine light started blinking and the engine started to misfire. I had it towed to a mechanic and after some trial and error they found coolant leaking into cylinder #4, most likely from a previously overheated engine. Due to the unknown damage this truck needs a motor swap, unfortunately the 2011 Tundra has a rare 4.6 Liter motor that currently cannot be found nationwide. Although I passed their 500 mile 50% warranty, I went back to Price Auto Sales to discuss the problem and they said there is nothing they can do. There is no lemon law in NH. Dont pay the price like me, take it to a mechanic before signing the deal.
