One of the worst companies Ive ever worked for! They dont care about their tenants at all. They have a maintenance regional who doesnt know anything about maintenance at all. All the superiors are scared of the employees they allow them to sleep in vacant units during work hours the maintenance man call contractors for every single thing. The owner is shady he will face you and tell you one thing and go behind your back to the next employee and tell them different! Hes all about the money They all are.. Ive made more changes the 3 months I was there than the maintenance men whos been there for years. They have horrible communication skills They are untrustworthy and they have too much drama going on the tenants call board of health at least once a month! Very poor company

Everywhere I go in Indianapolis I'm dealing with greedy , heartless money-hungry landlords .. And these people aren't any different . I dealt with these guys back when I first moved to Indianapolis (2016-2017) .If I could own instead of renting , I would . Why do landlords always want to put a negative report on your record regardless whether you've paid them or not after they've dragged you through court to make sure you never rent from someone else ? That just goes to show how low-down and dirty they are . Like for example . These guys pressured me into renewing a rental contract with them knowing they were going to evict me plus take me to court . Wouldn't that be wrongful eviction ? The state of Indiana has allowed landlords to dog out tenants whether they're in the wrong or not ..
