Hi Rachael, Thanks for the review. I'm sorry that you're unhappy with your experience. As I explained on the phone, you placed your order at 2:30 in the afternoon on Saturday and we ship orders on the following busines day, as stated on our website. We shipped the order overnight as per your request on Monday, to be delivered on Tuesday. The package is currently on the FedEx vehicle for delivery and will be there by 8:00 p.m. today. I've sent you an email with the details. Again, I'm sorry you're unhappy with the experience.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS ORGANIZATION. I PAID $44 FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY AND MY PACKAGE WAS STILL NOT DELIVERED TWO DAYS LATER. I CALLED TO ASK FOR A REFUND AND THE FOUNDER OF THIS ORGANIZATION REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY AND WAS VERY, VERY, VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE. THIS COMPANY OPERATES ON A SUB-PAR BUSINESS STANDARD. NOT GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please avoid this organization at all costs. This is not a charity in any traditional sense, its a way for Tracy Della Vecchia to fund her personal care and well being. She uses her sons former service to milk parents and donors of hundreds of thousands of dollars and she does it all under the guise of her providing this community that she claims is open to anyone. Do not question her, or anything, because if you cross her, she will have you and your family blocked in the Facebook groups and will accuse you of harassing her. Do not question her if you want to be a part of this group, she has a cult type following and its honestly scary. Even when shes wrong, she will double down. She has no shame. She literally believes shes helping families, but shes been the worst. I begged her not to abuse her power over this organization, and allow parents to communicate amongst each other, but she doesnt want anyone speaking. For some reason, it seems shes afraid of people talking to one another. She should be investigated by the authorities, this is serious. She says her job is to help parents of new recruits but she doesnt. She and her organization has caused our family more grief and anguish than we ever imagined and our family and recruiters were none the wiser. For anyone who doesnt know, because I didnt, you dont need Tracy or this organization to get information or to see your loved ones through their basic training. Everything they share is from the official Marine pages and she has no actual control over those or their pictures. She shouldnt have the right to create these private groups and use the official photos of other families recruits and use them to make money. She even uses the Marine Parents and their social media power to raise money for her other children. She literally was on Facebook using Marine Parents to ask for private donations for her younger daughter for private school, and that has nothing to do with military service. Its all about making money and receiving a handout. She lists every one on the board as a member on her website and all are family members but I think 1, and they make a combination of over $500,000 a year, plus she pays herself and her husband Luigis private tech company to build their website out of the charitys money. Its called Dv Technologies. These are facts, you can Google everything Ive said, its all there for anyone to see. When she bought their condo, she only financed $24,000 with a bank. I wont say the name of this place, but its public record and anyone can access it via the web. You can find the address, amount financed, and everything and logic tells she must have had cash to pay for the rest of the condo. I have never seen a condo that cheap, its a big jump from where she used to live. Now does that sound like an organization you want to give money too? She uses new recruits to keep her social media up, and she preys on peoples patriotism. Yeah Im a capitalist too, but this is not capitalism when youre abusing an organization that promises to help new recruits. Every time shes in the news its for what shes doing with veterans even, its not for new recruits. Its a sham. Please everyone beware of this organization and do not donate any money or buy any merch. We have enough self serving charities preying on peoples patriotism as it is, this is just another designed to target new and naive recruit parents. Please, avoid her and do not send her money. Please. Send money to a charity that youll know that helps the troops! Do not let her live the life of a celebrity preying on our military. Shes done been paid back in spades for the 4 years her son served and their entire family has made millions off this charity and I think its wrong.
