Worst customer service, they are very unprofessional. they never call you back when they say they will an they will blow your phone up everyday with messages an email talking about how they will repo your vehicle,an I just would rather walk an owe money than to deal with them ever again worst experience of my life dealing with them stressed me to the fullest don't go here!!!!
VERY rude. Man calls out of the blue, asks if I am someone else, I say no, then he carries on about a family friend. I then give out the contact info for my family friends mother, and he ignores that and keeps insisting I am a person Im not... When I finally snapped and told him how many times do I have to repeat this? He goes hmph and I hung up. So unprofessional.
Spoke with Karen at Carvant . Incredible service helpful ,compassionate eager to help me with my current situation .She made the resolution to my issue simple for me to handle she was very personable & understanding I was grateful to get her on the line her assistance made my day easier shes an asset to that company
Sean and Kevin I can't say enough about these two guys they went above and beyond they may everything straight they got in they talk for me they stood up I didn't know what to do when I talked to Sean and then Kevin came in these guys are phenomenal I'm definitely glad that he's my finance manager is that Kevin came in for backup I mean these guys are definitely a the original fantastic Duo I am totally appreciative with the and the work that they did for your company they are exemplary I hope that this reaches the ears management you have an awesome team in those two as employees thanks again song and Kevin a lot of honor and respect for what you've done for me
Im only giving 1 because when I really needed a car and nobody seemed to understand and want to help Carvant did but if I had known what I know now as to how they go about business I wouldve just waited and gotten a cash car the harassing phone calls and lies had me baffled. They also have a lot of rude condescending people that work there and some that claim to be trying to help you out and at the same time sneak dissing. Life happens if a person has been making payments on their vehicle and hit a severe rough spot and tried explaining that to you why keep blowing their phone up 6-7times a day after talking to them and sending threats of repossessionall for me to find out that they over finance these vehicles and Im paying 300$ a month for a 2015 Nissan Versa smh
