The absolute WORST experience I've ever had in all of my years as a customer to any place of business. My opinion is that the owner has a problem servicing minorities because they held my shirts for weeks without ever making one single stitch. I tried to be as polite and patient as possible - and although the attitude were somewhat cordial at face value - but I don't think they ever intended to work on my projects. Their lack of honesty and integrity cost me lots of money, and I intend to follow up with a formal complaint - even litigation.

This place is the most rude workers!!! They are not accommodating at all. I was stared down when I walked into the store and watched.I feel I was racially profiled. The owner told me that the return policy did not apply to me due to an order I placed online which was walked through by another employee over the phone even though I read the policy online. I would not recommend this place for shopping to ANYONE!!!

Printed T-Shirts and More has done several screen printing and embroidery jobs for me and the folks in my office. All products were first class and very satisfactory to my co-workers. I always recommend PTM for embroidery and screen printing jobs and will continue to do so.
