They came to evaluate my insulated crawlspace and told me the insulation was soaking wet, that there were puddles of water around the edges of the crawlspace and the walls were full of mold. Reluctantly I went into the crawlspace. The insulation was not wet, at all. There was absolutely no water around the edges or in the crawlspace at all and there was no visible mold on the walls. This dishonesty was severe as it would of cost me thousand of dollars to have it cleaned out. I had them evaluate it as they were a local company now I would not use them even if I truly needed them and hope others take this evaluation into consideration while searching for a company.

This appears to be a false review left by a previous employee. We have no customer or project that meets any of the descriptions and the picture is from an acting website. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and responded to this complaint immediately. After no response, we researched the details and determined that it was not a real review. It has been reported to Google.

Absolutely horrible service, got rescheduled over 3 times on the phone, went to the wrong address and came late night. Technician named Brian came to clean my carpets and it had come out great until the discoloration on the carpet appeared and it turns out they were using the wrong chemicals on my wool rugs and completely destroyed it. He was very rude and tried to say it was there from the first! Price was also ridicilous, paid $600 ended up with a ruined rug. Stay away, there are other companies that do cheaper and better.
