Wallace, we are certainly disappointed that you are still upset and that you have chosen to be vindictive by plastering the web with bad reviews of our company. We really tried everything in our power to try to make you happy. However, the information you present here is very misleading and doesnt accurately represent the facts. We agreed to do a job for a fixed price based on a set of specifications. You then requested an enormous amount of changes to your site that were outside of the spec and which you knew were separate from the other projects and involved hourly charges. In fact, we have over 100 pages of emails from different team members requesting various updates, revisions, and changes, most of which were not a part of the original spec. A number of these changes involved fixing bugs introduced by other programmers who had previously worked on your site (you later accused us of introducing the bugs and demanded that you not be charged for fixing them). Ultimately, the bottom line is that these changes represented several hundred hours of work on our part and you were well aware of the time spent and the charges throughout the process. You were also aware of the fact that we had done $10,000 worth of work you werent billed for and that we credited $9,000 of the $41,700 you claim you paid. Two days before your review was posted, you agreed to all of the charges and said you would make immediate payment if we gave you another $3,000 of credits toward your bill and to give you unlimited bug fixes whether the problem was related to our core code or to customizations done by others (we have no problem fixing our code, but we arent going to fix others code for free). When we refused to do so, you refused to pay. At this point we had gone 60 days without payment and didnt believe you had any intention to pay, so we did tell you that we would shut down your web site until your bill was paid, as it was our last resort to get payment for the work we had done. We dont believe that it is extortion to exhaust all means to get payment for work that has been completed and delivered. Readers can judge for themselves if www.maingear.com is a sub-par experience for customers. We dont believe that it is. While this response doesnt cover all of the details of the entire story, we can say that NetSource has a 25 year history of serving customers and helping them succeed online. We currently serve the ecommerce and digital marketing needs of over 300 clients. If you have question about this situation, please contact us, we are more than happy to discuss.

My business has been using ProductCart for the e-commerce portion of our website for years. We reached out to NetSource to upgrade ProductCart to the latest version in which we were quoted $2,975 for the "ProductCart Upgrade" and $4,985 for the "Modifications and Design Implementations". The NetSource team continually failed to deliver on their promise and continually kept billing my corporation for their lack of knowledge in merging to the latest version of ProductCart. We were billed a total of $41,710 instead of the original $7,960. Till today, ProductCart is still not fully functioning like it should, providing a sub-par experience to our customers. This caused my business to lose revenue and more importantly, customers. Not once did NetSource take on the responsibility. To top it all off, NetSource Technologies extorted us for the remaining $12,790 threatening to take my website off-line... essentially threatening to take us out of business. We had no choice, but to pay the remaining balance to gain FTP access. Stay away from NetSource Technologies and their e-commerce ProductCart suite.
