Esteban, truly we tried to work with you and your wife to make things right. We offered to repair and remake the ring twice to make you happy and you refused. Weve been in this business for 8.5 years and have a reputation as a business with strong customer service, high quality standards, and beautiful unique designs. Buyer beware! Pretty overpriced designs but awful quality. I bought an engagement ring from her... After we sent it back for repairs, pave diamonds kept falling off so we took it to a reputable jeweler that sits on the GIA board and he said it's substandard quality.

Hi Samantha, Im sorry you were left disappointed with your purchase. When you buy a halo stud, you're really paying for the diamonds, so pricing is very different than our more "fashion" pieces that you've purchased in the past. The value is definitely there, and we always stand behind our quality. Regarding the backs, often backs can get "stretched" inadvertently, and it's a simple fix, or replacement (no charge). Most people dislike the screw-back closure, which is why it's not a standard offering, but of course it's something we can do upon request. These posts are thicker, more gold, and therefore more expensive than the standard push-back posts. I hope this gives a little more clarity! We appreciate your loyalty to our brand, and hopefully we can make the earrings work for you to enjoy!

Ive ordered multiple pieces from SG and have loved all of them (mini heart necklace, aura gold bracelet, white gold band ring, etc..). I love halo earrings and asked for them for my push present. I couldnt wait to receive them in the mail and when I did - I was sadly disappointed. The quality for the price (3k+) was just not there at all. The backs fall of constantly. I emailed SG and they were very responsive because I wanted to switch to screw backs. I was really surprised that they werent screw backs already but Ill pay the extra to know I wont lose one. I didnt want to write a bad review because I am a fan. Id higjly recommend going into her shop to see what you are getting. I trusted her brand to purchase online and have had success in the past but I wouldnt recommend these earrings.

Lishai was the most responsive, detailed, and AMAZING consultant I could have ever asked for. She reassured me that my ring could be customized to exactly how I wanted and gave me every option possible to maximize my choices. This experience was nothing shy of perfect !

I had a wonderful experience with Lishai in designing my custom ring. We worked together to design an "undecided" style using my two boys birthstones (sapphire & peridot) and added an ombre effect to the sapphires for a softer transition from the deep blue of the sapphires to the light green of the peridot. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome and will absolutely be going back to them for future jewelry.

She will not care or listen to what you want and whatever you end up with will look poor quality and cheap. And shes a bit snobby on top of it. I would never ever go here again. The only reason I went to her because it was for my engagement ring and I figured for a 1 time experience let me get the fancy service. I shouldve listened to my intuition that was telling me her personality and demeanor came off as dishonest and off putting. I live in NYC and have been to many jewelers and have never had such a disappointing experience. As most jewelers know if they do right by you, theyll have a repeat customer. Stephanie does not seem to want that. She wants tourist customers that dont know any better and get fooled by her cheesy Instagram account. Youre much better off going into ANY jeweler on 47th street. Theyll actually listen, give you what you want, exceed expectations, and be humble about it. They all want business and youll definitely save money doing that too. I will never be fooled by a glitzy Instagram account that proves to be nothing but a hollow imagination, again.
