The make-up is wonderful the reason my score is so low due to the fact. I had $600 at least came out of my checking account for this Lumines makeup but when I purchased it , it was advertised for $19.99 plus shipping. I'm paying close to $1000. on this makeup. I called them and still nothing got done. Person that answer the phone Pedro was very rude. I will never buy anything from them ever again..

The absolute worst customer service they do not listen to you, do not to try to save their customers or make things right, JAESON CZ was the rep i spoke with who wanted to charge me a processing fee to send correct shade to me while being so rude and very unprofessional!!!.ABSOLUTELY NOT!now you want me to pay another charge for a shipping label to return it after already dishing out nearly $50! NO i am done NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

I wish they had these years ago.. I wouldn't answer the door with out make up on.. Not sorry at all I have one I've aged well to..thats even better.(69) getting close to 70

Have had difficulty getting correct answers and responses from customer service. Haven't been able to find my credit, and when I called in regards to it. I was told my account would just be credited the $ instead. Yet here we are more than 2 weeks later and NOTHING. Not saying the products aren't worth a try. Just make sure you follow the small print on returns. Otherwise you might find yourself in the same situation
