Nicole came into our office this morning and previously had spoken to our Vice President on the phone. She came in and dismissed both myself the Office Manager and the Vice President, stating 'I normally only speak to the Owner'. After she left, giving us no information. I spoke with the Owner and gave him her contact information from the card so he could speak with her if he desired. He asked what she had to say when she came in and I had to tell him that she barely gave us the time of day because we are not the owner and I had no real idea what services they were offering. Needless to say we will not be working with this company ever.

This company will do anything to get their foot in the door. They called the company I work for, and asked for former employee that has been dead for 10 years. They must have found an old listing. Anyways, without skipping a beat, they asked to speak with the highest ranking member of my company. I would absolutely never, under any circumstances, do business with CBS.

Its been 5 months since I hired Corporate Business Solutions for a business plan and help with our overall reporting process. I am more than pleased with what they delivered. Our cashflow is much better and I am not worrying about covering payroll from week to week. We had to make some hard choices with the data they provided but it was worth it in the end.

This is the second time we have had them out to our offices. The first time was for some accounting related issues. This time we took them up on their offer to take a look at our day to day operations as a whole. They were extremely thorough and I have to say some of the issues they brought up we were not expecting. All in all it was a very informative process and hopefully we can use all the information and reports to make the needed changes.
