If i could give this place no stars i would. This place is a complete mess. I rent from a person who owns an apt here & i have no complaints about my landlord but the this place have huge organizational and system issues. They recently changed the systems and it has been complete chaos. Every door in the building including the garage were open for weeks because they were transitioning to the new systems. Talk about lack of safety. When i first moved in my contract had the wrong dates and was submitted without a review, resulting them telling me they wouldnt be able to give me the new key for the buildings, and after i argued to the manager about how unprofessional they are for never reviewing a brand new contract, she finally took responsibility and gave me a key with a week time frame until i get my contract resigned and updated. Its been months and still the boxes with names for the entry of guests does not work and when i called about it they still said they are currently in a lawsuit working on it. My guest, whom they have let in before numerous of times had to walk in the office go to an elevator to the second floor to be able to cross over the other building and go back down to my place. I had called and asked if they could just walk my guest in the other building, which takes less than 2 seconds, and they said that they couldnt do that because its a safety hazzard, despite doors beeing unlocked for weeks due to the change of systems. There is 0 courtesy service despite that now all tenants have to have the same issue dur to it all being their unorganized mistakes. Again if you are planning to get a place here... as a current tenant i would rethink that.

ATTENTION! DO NOT RENT HERE! The management is SO RUDE and unresponsive. You call the office and get transferred to the "operator" no matter what time of day. Left 4 messages with the operator over 2 weeks and didn't get a SINGLE call back. ALL the rooms have ROACHES and BUGS. 2 neighbors I know have gotten their cars STOLEN from the garage and the management does NOTHING. The pool is GREEN and disgusting. The hallways are LOUD at all hours and not safe. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Repairs are being performed, but the pool maintenance could be improved (filtration and skimming to be exact). I feel like the whole place could use a bit of a facelift, but can see they're working on that slowly. So far everyone seems to be pretty nice - management and neighbors included. Great restaurants in the walking area.

Nice place and location. Hallways are loud and constantly smell like pot.... Fun place, feels like a college housing...

The leasing office is never open. M-F, 9-5 with lunch breaks well over an hour is unacceptable when the majority of residents are young working professionals. There are no security cameras in the garage. There is a card, separate key to enter lot and building. The entrance technology could be more uniform. You end up with three devices on your key ring to enter your home. They ask for all your vehicle info and contact info, yet if you inadvertently park in the wrong numbered spot you get towed immediately without any notification. The carpets in the main hallway appear worn and dirty. I watched dog defecate on the hallway carpet. I paid $1,475 for my apartment and at move in they gave me no building key trapping me in the garage and forcing me to walk around the entire block to the office and I get an oops we forgot about that, it must be "freaky friday". Then when I get to my apartment I was given the wrong key. Just very disorganized. Its a take your money and run environment.
