I brought in a bag of men's pants name brand and shoes and they only to one pair of shoes. The lady said there was spots on stuff I checked them out before I brought and nothing was on them. Mind you the boot a were brand knew and not worn at all. Very picky but seeming some of there clothing the store shouldn't be

Hi Monica, thank you for taking time to give us feedback. We do have a high-quality air scent diffuser (we get a lot of compliments on this!) and hope that the smell you mention is a one-off. We apologize that you were not satisfied with your offer. We know this can often be frustrating for sellers. We have seen quite the decline in our Rock Revival sales and therefore are unable to sell them as high as we previously could, and now sell them for a range between $30-50, which results in our sellers getting between $8-20 per pair. We in no way want to offend sellers or upset them for this - we are extremely open about the pricing and communicate our offer upfront. We always understand if a customer wishes to keep their items. We do appreciate your purchase otherwise and are glad you were able to find some items that you thought were good quality!

Smells questionable, took in Rock Revivals and they offered me $10.00 a pair. Cloths on racks were low quality.

I used to shop here a while ago and I didnt have any issues. I went back recently and I dont know if management or ownership changed, but it isnt what it use to be. Things have become more expensive than retail price. I saw a few things with retail tags on them that showed they were cheaper in store than at Platos. Ive had items price adjusted before and was told theres nothing that can be done this time. I was fine with that I just didnt get the items. It was when I heard the staff talking about it again behind the counter it felt more disrespectful. If you shop here please do your research on items before you buy. Theres Walmart clothes I found there that Walmart sold for $7.98 and this location was selling for $8. Literally a tiny bit more than full retail price. Shirts for $12 that use to be $9. Theyll probably take the tags off those items now and keep them at the same price. It isnt worth it. Ripping off college students at that too.
