I always go here to be able to print my pre paid shipping labels…however, they have new staff and were unable to figure out how to check their own store emails and were unable to assist me with printing the label that I needed. Also, the printer wasn’t even associated to the desktop so I couldn’t print it on the computer that customers can use. Unfortunately, I’ll be going somewhere else. Hopefully the new staff can get adequate training.
