Overall a good servicebut nothing special. I had a missing dress It was found three weeks later. I was not even comped for the $18 charge for my inconvenience. The latest thing is several of my husbands white shirts have come back with blue spray stains on them I have not been able to reach anyone to resolve this which is another frustrating matter. it takes forever to resolve any problems. But they do pick it up and deliver dependably.
