I went here once and was helped by a shorter blonde-haired man. He was pretty pushy and gave off some weird pretentious vibes. I brought a pair of boots anyways just because I love their product. Went home and tried on the boots with several outfits and couldn't find "the look" I was hoping for. I only tried on the boots AT HOME. I went back a few days later to return the boots and was helped by the same guy. He was extremely rude this time asking if I had worn the boots out seemed irritated with my return. Made me dread ever going back in the store. A year or so later I went back and was helped by a lady and she was the sweetest ever.

Don't buy this brand! The quality has decreased greatly in the past 6-7 years in my experience. Sure, they're absolutely beautiful coming out of the store but begin to fall apart after light use after 2-3 years. My wife's $350 handbag has frayed stiching in several key areas that will cause a handle to fall off and leave a hole in the main body of the purse. I have Adidas and John varvatos leather products that are twice as old, used just as much and have no issues. I'd expect Frye products to long outlive a cheap pair of Adidas shoes. Customer service told me that I was out of luck since I'm supposed to figure out by the end of the first year whether the product will last even another if not the 10 to 15 minimum that id expect. I guess they're new motto should include "our products only last a fraction of the time compared to lower and similarly priced brands, wow do they look amazing!". The bottom line is they don't stand behind their products so you'd be better served buying an equivalently priced products from somewhere else...
