I came here because I was recommended by a friend who told me the customer service great, but in my case I didnt experience that. I came here wanted to sell a 14k gold charm that I dont really want, I step in the store and one guy said hi to me and thats it nothing else he was on his phone showing something to a guy. So when I finally spoke up to say something (about selling my charm) he passed me over to another guy, not friendly gave him my charm he looked at it and asked is this yours? and I highly took offense to that like sir I can afford a $200 + charm thanks and also I sold gold before and was never asked that, but anyway he throws it (literally) on the scale and quotes me $50 which I didnt understand and he didnt explain why he quoted $50. But when I mentioned that my friend sold almost the same thing and how she got more then $50 thats when he wanted to explain to me that cause its engraved he has to polish it and buff it out which is understandable but you should have said that instead of just saying $50 with no explanation. So I said thanks but no thanks and by the time I got to the door he said I can give you $100 if you want again feeling like you think Im desperate for money and if I didnt mention my friend you wouldnt even try to offer the $100. If this is how you treat people of color please do better because this is my first and last time coming here.

HI Julia You came to our store with a thin fragile chain that was broken and in knots asking us if we could even fix it for you. And we said Yes we can fix your chain and that it would take 30 minutes. As you waited for your chain to be repaired you looked at other chains in our store saying that you wanted to replace the one you gave us for repair one day because the one you gave us to repair breaks to much. You fell in love with one of our chains that we told you would be $80 and you said you would think about it as you wanted to see how the repaired chain would look once fixed. We fixed your chain so well and perfect that you thanked us many times over and left very happy. Then a few days later you came to our store saying the chain we repaired for you wasn't the one you had given in for repair because it was longer then the one you gave us. We explained to you that your chain had many knots in it and once all the knots were out, the chain was longer. We also asked everyone that handled your chain and they all remembered the chain as being the exact one that you left for repair since it was only a few days ago that we repaired it. We explained to you that your chain had many knots in it and once all the knots were out the chain was longer. We even offered you to trade in your chain for the one you like the day your chain was being repaired and you refused. We are truly sorry you feel this way if there is anything we can do please let us know Eli

I recently had a chain repaired at the shop. I've worn this SHORT chain for 5 years and rarely took it off since it didn't fit over my head, perfect for everyday. I waited for the repair, took maybe 15 minutes. The chain I was handed back was NOT MINE as it easily went over my head. When I brought it back to inquire about a possible mix up I was immediately gas lit into thinking it was mine chain and it was suggested I had been wearing it wrong for the past 5 YEARS??? Like excuse me what?? Shop owner said I've been wearing over my hair, or there could have been knots making it shorter in the multiple pictures I showed as a comparison. All of it was ridiculous and I really just wanted my own chain back and I'm sure whoever's chain I have is equally disappointed.

Came here to get appraisal for a few items and had a wonderful experience! The staff/owners provide top quality service and are extremely knowledgable. They gave me a great appraisal and purchased my items for more than I expected. Furthermore they have an extensive collection of fine jewelry from all major designers. Could not recommend this place more for buying and selling fine jewelry!!
