Unfortunately I'm unable to give less than one star. I'm the AD in a small school in Vermont and we ordered a number of engraved tumblers from this company. We ordered them well in advance for our yearly soccer tournament. Not only were they not sent on time, when a call was made they agreed to overnight them. That never happened and the company did nothing, or offered anything to make this right. TERRIBLE customer service!

These guys really know what they're doing and can knock out any order you throw at them. Qaulity control is superb and they can pretty much make any yeti cup with any design to highest standards. My brother got some cups with sacred geometry with a color coating dipped. They got my approval!
