20/20 is the worst place I have ever worked. The training is non-existent and no one comes by to see how you are doing. I was not told of any quality issues to look out for and their workforce is very young. This means there are many reasons why they can't keep employees. Communication between the workers and the front office is chaotic. There was a guy that smoked meth who wasn't fired after being ratted on. I advise everyone to look for work elsewhere and only work at 20/20 as a last resort.

Lady in the shopping is a real piece of s. Disrespectful to truckers who help make sure she has a job. Loaders were great and quick but will never pull another load out of here for the lack of respect from the keyboard jockey. One bad apple spoils the bunch!
