Hi Sara, I am sorry to hear that you felt you were not notified of the 18% Fair Wage and Wellness Service Fee. We do have a note about it on our website, on the confirmation for reservations and when you arrive at the restaurant it is on the pop up stand opposite of the QR code used for ordering, as well as being included in the ordering system. Though it is still an imperfect system we do everything in our power to let you know that the service fee will be included in your bill. I am sorry to hear that we still managed to miss the mark of making you aware that the 18% Health and Wellness Service Fee would be included on your bill. Food here is out of this world! However- I couldn't understand why I was charged an additional $20 on my $80 tab which I additionally tipped 10% on top of... I couldn't figure out the math, then I saw this on my digital bill in email: "a fair wage and wellness surcharge of 18% is already included in your bill - this charge is collected in order to help us preserve a living wage & accessible healthcare for our employees" So, I was unaware I was tipping staff who already we're not financially due for "tips" when A. there is no wait staff, you order off your phone, just food runners/cooks/bartender and B. They're already paid a living wage/non-wait staff wages. Not happy with that undisclosed financial *jab* I just saw. As a new neighbor to this area, I'm really let down.

Disappointing food and lacking service. Everything is automated so the only interaction you have is when someone brings your food out. Basically had to beg to get water and utensils. One pizza was super soggy, the other overly crisp. Not worth the hype.
I ordered the GF Fat Mike Delight Pizza. I have had a lot of GF pizzas and this was my least favorite because of the crust. It tasted like cornmeal and it didn't compliment the flavors of the pizza. It did the exact opposite because the corn flavor was all I could taste. My boyfriend ordered the Piggie Pie and that was really good, but I could only have a bite since I'm Gluten Intolerant. I would order again if you switched the crust to be cauliflower crust or something that tasted better. For gluten free I wouldn't recommend their pizza.
