They are usually very polite and help me with what I need but this very last time they were very rude to me and gave me info without even looking at my bike etc

Prices have gone up significantly but that is everywhere. It seems all the good bikes are claimed either by staff of friends of staff. I don't know what happened exactly but the staff that have been there since the start (PAUL AND MARK)are very helpful.. BUT I CANNOT SAY THAT ABOUT THE REST OF THE STAFF. they are just arrogant kids that have not needed help in there lives so they lack that understanding, compassion and empathy that used to be the lifeblood of the biketree.

Besides a possibly long wait for walk-in for repairs, this non-profit is run by experienced people with super cheap rates. They even teach you how to fix bikes.
