Terrible company!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away Im weeks past due for an injection because they cant seem to get it right. We have gone full circle twice. Left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. Again asking for the pre-authorization they have been sent twice in as many weeks. This company and its executives should not be working, they are incompetent. My doctor or health insurance cant even get them to process things correctly.
I have to say after reading the other reviews that I am glad I am not alone in my experiences with this company. The customer service people I speak with to schedule shipments are always polite, I will give them that. Other than that, not impressed with this company at all. I am not sure who kind of recordkeeping system they have (if they do at all). I had a recent billing issue, which has yet to be resolved despite several phone calls and documentation sent that supposedly they have no record of. My frustrations have fallen on deaf ears (probably because they have their money!). I am glad to be switching to an alternative pharmacy soon.
I'll be honest, these reviews scared me! Most of the patients Accredo treats don't have a choice of pharmacy... I didn't. I honestly can say, they have taken better care of me than any other pharmacy I have used. They are professional and thorough. On top of it all, I had an issue when I first switched because I was about to leave the country for a month and needed my meds. They bent over backwards to make sure I got it. Very impressed, so don't worry if you get switched... they will surprise you!
My experiences have been terrible in all aspects. Avoid this pharmacy if at all possible.
