Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. Our business is closed for 90 minutes during lunch time. We regularly make sure our Google listing reflect this, we have a sign posted on the door stating this, and we make every effort to let customers know when they place in order. We are a small business, and we often use this time to make deliveries or run errands. While this may not be the norm for most businesses, its what works best for ours. These are our posted hours, however it is very rare that we actually close at 2 and reopen at 3:30. Often, as was the case today, we close after 2:00pm and return before 3:30pm. Back to school season is a very busy time of year for us. Unfortunately, this causes our lobby to have more boxes than usual. During this time, we receive a higher volume of shipments. We received a large shipment today that we were trying to sort, consolidate, and throw away extra boxes to get rid of clutter. We did have some merchandise that fell on the floor and we apologize that you had to see that. As for our smell, during lunch we visited a local BBQ restaurant. They were smoking their meats and unfortunately it does stick to our clothing. We do our best to provide great customer service, we are sorry if you waiting for us to return from lunch or the messiness in our lobby caused you to have a negative experience. If you have concerns with the how quality of the items you left will be, you are more than welcome to visit us during our business hours to pick them up and take somewhere you may feel more comfortable at. Came with a friend of mine to drop off some shirts and they were out to lunch for 90 mins? Must be nice I wish I had 90 mins for lunch. For a company that has 41 reviews and less than 3 stars. . .is that normal for el paso? If so they're doing a horrendous job. Watching them come back from lunch as we were waiting makes me have a bad feeling about the quality of work being done and the shirts smelling like where ever they just came back from lunch with. And as soon as you walk in there's boxes and products strewn all over the corner of the right side of the store. Customer service is less than lacking its non existant
Very bad customer service. Ordered uniform shirts and when I called to get a status update I got a very rude response, "If we didn't call you, they're not ready." When I went to pick them up, I got the same rude response. She was very dismissive and not at all concerned until I mentioned that if they were not ready I wanted to cancel the order. All of a sudden she finds the shirts and the receipt that stated they called me. I asked when and if they left a message because I hadn't received a call. I even pulled up my call log to check if I had missed the call. The date they said they called me was when I called them and they said my order wasn't ready. She said she didn't know and that they were too busy to know. I get it's a busy time for them but at least show some concern and courtesy to your customers. Other reviews mention the same rudeness so it's not just my perception. I went to this business because of a recommendation from a friend. I will not return the gesture as I will not return to this place or recommend to anyone.
