Good Afternoon Andrew. We are disappointed to learn the car you came to see wasn't in par to what you where expecting . We strive to offer the best used cars to our customers . Sometimes customers expect to buy a 2015 car that looks like a brand new vehicle. That particular vehicle you came to see had no transmissions or engine problems as we check and double check for engine , transmission and safety on all of our vehicles. Having said that, that vehicle did had some scratches here and there, but overall condition is very good for a 6 year old minivan. Have a good day!

Disappointing They failed to notify of damage of vehicle prior to going to appointment. Vehicle required work to transmission, suspension, alignment and had minor damaged but at least down to bare metal on 75% of body panels...listed at good condition??? Falsely claimed value and dealer purchase prices of vehicle... we walked away! Who does business with lying salesman?!? STAY AWAY

Paid top dollar for a used car from this dealership. Car was found to have bad tires and loose exhaust issue in the front end at test drive. Dealership did take $500 off the list price and provided new tires (least expensive tires possible) they were supposed to fix the exhaust issue but their mechanic simply used JB Weld and it was uncovered around 2K miles later when a check engine light came on that this technique was used. I was disappointed to find out they didnt repair the exhaust like promised before delivery the vehicle and just temporary JB welded the problem leaving us to figure it out later at additional cost.
