I have never dealt with a company with such terrible customer service. We were having an issue with a product we purchased through Ironside Apparel. I was told "....we aren't going to do anything about it..."
We were required to use this comany for a club program. The website had issues each time we tried to submit the order. A month later we receive three identical orders. We contacted Ironside and we're told that they won't do anything. They admitted their website has problems with orders but said too bad. That I had to take all three orders of the exact same product. I do not recommend using this company for your club orders.

Working with Ironside recently on some new apparel was an incredible experience. From the moment I emailed them on what I was looking for to ordering and picking colors, the experience felt very custom, personable, and even though I had a small order, like my business was important. Ordered shirts through our school, apparently the order didnt meet the minimum number of shirts needing to be ordered, so the order was cancelled. I never received a notification that the order was cancelled. I actually got an email that my order was ready to be picked up at our local school about a month later. They did refund my money, but kept $1.00. Must be the inconvenience fee for them.
