Terrible experience. They held our six figure funds four days before we received them. Four days of which we had to pay interest on those funds. When I asked them why they had not sent us our wire two days AFTER we closed our loan and one day after they had our funds in their account. I was told that we are not their only closing and that they would send our funds when they had time but by the end of that day. That day passes and no funds have been wired. When I called them back they then said the problem is that the name for the wire is incorrect so they could not send the wire. Please keep in mind we were not told this until AFTER we called back. Now, why they didn't say this 4 days earlier when we closed the lone, I could not tell you. After we sent the information they requested we still did not receive the wire. When we spoke with Maritza the next week she said she still had not received the correct information to send the wire. When I told her it was sent last week she said it had not been sent. So I asked her look again while we were on the phone and then she says, "oh, here it is, I do have it". She then proceeded to send us our funds via wire Monday morning 5 days after our closing and 4 days after it was funded. Inexcusable and very unprofessional. Will not use them again.

Hands down I dont know what I would have done without Bert. Bert is the owner and he was excellent without his expertise I probably wont have closed on my very much essential home purchase. I was in a pinch selling my home and moving out temporarily to my fathers home with 3 kids and my husband living apart until we where able to pull off buying another home., Bert, was there always any questions I had right when I called I dont know what we would have done without him. Along with his expertise he and our familys very desperate situation he helped get us in a lot faster then nd cared enoigh to help right whenever I had any questions. You need a title company dont look any further best customer service for your title company and closing on your home I wouldnt trust anyone else. Thank you Bert!
