The worst service every week i have to call for pick up.One star at best, only because I couldn't give it Zero. Very rude customer service representative.
I'd give them a 0 if I could! They haven't picked up our recycle in 2 weeks (the last scheduled date) and Ive give them a lil slack (4days not including the day it was supposed to be picked up) since we've had snow storms but still no recycle service. When I call, the automated gives an option to hit 4 to make a payment or to stay on the line, but when staying on the line you get hung up on. We pay for a service so it would be nice to get the service not be skipped, hung up on, and given no one to speak to! This company needs to get there act together especially since they bought out another trash company....not to mention, this company didnt notify ALL their "new customers" of the number to contact them at.
Waste Connections was going door to door and offered me a great price. I signed a contract and then went looking for reviews and was disappointed at what I found. I wouldn't have signed up if I had done any research but I think only a few complainers actually review their waste service. They also delayed my start date, though I had signed, because I was still under 3 months of contract with Waste Management (double the price for exactly the same service). I don't have a single bad thing to say about these guys. I think my contract was only a year and it's been about 18 months. Haven't heard a peep about my price going up but I would stay even if it did (a little).
They never answer the phone. Everyone says this how do you expect to keep me at this rate. This is the 4th call Ive made today and everytime Im on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer.
