James, were sorry that you feel this way. We looked up your name in our jewelry buy records, and your name does not come up in our system for the past three years. A woman with the same last name sold us jewelry over 7 months ago. At that time gold was 20% lower than it is at the current time. At the dollar amount she sold us at the time, it would be worth $360 more at today's market price. We price gold at the market price at time that you bring it in. Gold and silver prices go up and down everyday. In any case, we do not like unhappy customers. Please come in and speak with our manager Quinn, he will be glad to try and figure out a solution to make this situation better.

My family was one of the first family's to settle in royal oak. I lived there my whole life and diamond Jim's was right down the street from my house, so when I was short of cash and had some gold to sell they were the first place I went. I thought they were honest and fair, but I was wrong! They ripped me off on over one hundred dollars, which I found out latter. They are scammers and wont hesitant to rip you off. Don't go here what ever you do! Low down scammers good for nothing con's!

Came in for some watch batteries today. Should have been quick and simple. But after waiting at least 20 minutes, nobody even acknowledged my presence. So I left...the only acknowledgement was upon my leaving cuz they had to buzzz me out of the store
