Ladies that work here are very nice and helpful. They do a ton of different custom designs in different styles and colors on prettymuch any fabric. Very helpful and understanding ladies. Great business. I would definately reccomend.
I don't feel scolded or belittled but I'm sorry that you had a bad experience at our shop. However, when you first called you didn't tell Sue that we had done the original embroidery on your jacket. It was done through one of our contract customers. That's why she told you what she did, although I have to dispute what you said she said, because I have heard her say many times "we will have to charge you", not "it's going to cost you". The way you phrased it sounds threatening. Additionally, don't pretend like you paid for this service, because we didn't charge you! ( But it's true - we do charge for removal of embroidery, and it usually costs more than the embroidery itself because it takes 5 times longer to remove it as it does to put it in.) We didn't just change a Z to an I - we removed the whole name and replaced the whole name as it's very hard to remove one letter and replace it in the EXACT same spot. I also saw the original order and the letter definitely looked like a Z. I can also vouch that Sue does NOT have a problem with female customers. If you look at other reviews you can see how pleased they are with her.

Service was HORRIBLE!! Be ready to get scolded and belittled. I feel that it is for the benefit of the business and for future female customers to write this review. Our sons name on his jacket was misspelled. I called first thing in the morning to get the name fixed. Sue recognized the name and told me that she embroidered what she got. - that did not matter to me, I just wanted to know if the name could be fixed because we were traveling the next day for a competition. - Well try, but it is going to cost you was her response. - It turned out to be $10 to change a Z to an I. I wanted to pay and get it over with. becasue we are traveling tomorrow. - Her response was you said that already Reluctantly, I stopped by to get the name fixed and mentioned to her how bad her phone manner is. Although she apologized after my statement, the interaction left a really bad taste. Bad enough to prompt me to write a review. Upon further investigation, I learned that the treatment is similar with other female customers. Hopefully your experience will be better. Note: the team chose this source.
