My car could not start at my house, and I didn't know what to do (except tow my car to a workshop?) And I checked the battery it was no problem. Then my neighbour told me to google a mobile mechanic. The I called this guy come to examine it for 30 bucks, pretty fair. Then he suggested it is a starter failure. I was desperate at that moment since I know for the German car it is a lot of work to replace a starter. But Jonathan quote me a fair price including parts. All I could do is accept it since I need to commute. It was raining hard but he still come by and did the work outdoor under a car canopy. I was expecting he can fix it in that afternoon. But he found a breather failure and need to order the part. I knew it will be endless problem if you handed your car to mechanics. And I wait another day until he came again and had the job done. The labor hours turned out to be longer than expected, but he did not make a add-up quote, I appreciated very much his patience and experties. He fixed the starter and problaly the oil leak problem in the same time with 1/3 of charge of dealers. I will recoment him to everyone who need a car fix.

I reached out to this mechanic to set up a time and place. ONLY for him not to show or call to say that he was un able to make it. I feel this is poor customer service and poor business management
