These guys are the best!! I got 6 quotes for a new heating system install. I knew exactly what I wanted. Not only did these guys not try to talk me into something different (which a lot of folks did)...but they came in WAY lower than everyone on overall bid. Sometimes, with best price...comes lacking customer service...but not this time. They knocked it out of the park. Jason was great to deal with, and honest about expectations, timeline and financing. Jordan in the office was responsive and helpful! The install guys showed up on time every day, they worked clean and finished on time. My family is incredibly happy with the system....and the pge bill looks manageable so far (trending down!). Quick Update on this. Be careful to ask questions when discussing financing with them. They use a 3rd party, that will issue you a credit card...for the amount of the project. The issue is that, to the credit reporting agencies, it will look like you applied for a card....and then instantly maxed it out. This will add a red flag to your credit report, and ding you pretty hard. They hit me for 94 points! Just FYI.

Our furnace died over a holiday weekend. They came out the same day we called and fixed it right away.. and within our budget. VERY knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Would recommend to everyone!!
We had a very good experience with Enviro. They were the last of 3 companies to bid on our project, and proposed the technically appropriate solution at the best price. We were initially visited by Jason Mitchell in sales. He was very professional, able to answer all of our questions, and used software tools from Mitsubishi to correctly size our system. Once we made the decision to accept his bid, we were visited by Dustin, the project manager, who did a full inspection of our home and existing duct work to verify the details of the design. The lead installer, Cody, oversaw the actual installation and consulted us over small details needing the owner's input. He was respectful of our home and got the job done in the timeframe that was promised.
They advertise themselves to be a 24-hour service. Our furnace would not start after a power outage. I left a message at 10 PM on their voicemail explaining what happened and that restoring our heat was very important because the owner of the home is an extremely frail 88 year old lady who should get cold. No one even called me back for over 12 hours. By then I had already called someone else and had the problem fixed.
