I placed 2 orders last August 2021, due to covid back logs and shipping issues- there was a backorder of items. Got an update in October '21 some items would be delivered- 4 items came in, great. I gave some slack because of covid and supply chain issues which I understood but because of that my order is just no one where to be found. It's been 6+ months of no answers. I have called and emailed numerous times. No one gets back to me for about merchandise I purchased. At this point, this company just took over $200 from me.
