Brang in my iPad 3 for a lcd and screen repair, After 2-4 months It was unrepairable and I got it back and it was opened, missing 5 screws 4 to hold the lcd down, and 1 to hold the battery connected down. The wifi antenna was also DAMAGED and the back of the iPad was badly scratched. I HIGHLY recommend anyone reading this to go somewhere trusted. It is not a professional workspace in his business either. I again say, please go somewhere other than here to get your products repaired! Edit: abusive phone call after the review was put up! What a joke of a place!

It was the beginning of the bush fires, smoke filled the states, we worked every day! It was the beginning of the COVID19 we worked every day. Seems like trying to help some people doesn't work if they don't want to help themselves. Email another Mich last week, got no reply from the email. Sad cake! Probably junk mail! Shame no one can fix junk mail issues and its now 2020.

Handed in a laptop in April for a quote to repair it, told he would get back to me in a few days two weeks later told he was still trying to find a fix, would have to continually message to chase up on progress, eventually into June I was told that he couldn't fix it but he could sell me another laptop just feels like that was probably the intention all along. Don't normally leave reviews but it was a real waste of time. Update - Took laptop to another repair shop, advised that it was a common simple software issue and that it has been easily fixed. Also advised that the laptop was a mess the way it had been put back together.

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED BY THIS COMPANY! Instead of replacing the screen properly in May, they ended up using superglue over some of the sensors preventing the screen from working correctly. No receipt (and therefore no warranty) was provided for this cash job. Since having it shoddily meddled with, I've unfortunately broken the screen again and have only just realised the dodgy job they've done. I've now had to pay more money to fix the screen properly to undo their shockingly unprofessional hack. Don't go for the "cheapest" option because like I experienced with these morons, it will end up being the nastiest - spend the extra money elsewhere to get your screen replaced properly.
