Im not a vindictive person ,this review is to save anyone the heartache of picking the wrong attorney to close your real estate deals I was recommended to Mrs Kosberg at the sale of my family home she contacted us 1 time for 2 months the day she was retained,I have people who want there house and she never called me back when I called an NEVER CONTACTED ME AT ALL IN 2 MONTHS! Then she tells you sorry I missed your call (6 calls an 4 texts ) The most unprofessional attorney I have ever dealt with! I looked at google reviews an see she also did THE SAME THING BEFORE LEAVING CLIENTS UN UPDATED AN LEFT WONDERING WHEN SHE WILL CALL AND NEVER DOES CALL OR RETURN CALLS DONT RISK YOUR LEGAL EXPERIENCES WITH SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T TAKE THE TIME TO CONTACT YOU & Doesnt think your time is valuable Real estate attorneys are involved with peoples most valuable assets THERE HOMES Lesson is read the reviews an always put the worst reviews in front because those bad reviews can end up being you ( she did the same thing in a previous review)

I had the worse experience with Alison and her staff during closing. They would only respond after days of not responding and myself or my realtor had to follow up multiple times. I was basically chasing them to do their job and no one showed any interest. They do not value their clients at all so eventually I had to change attorneys. Find yourself a lawyer who cares...unfortunately that is not Alison.

I was advised by my medical team to prepare my will and ensure I had a healthcare power of attorney given the exacerbation and acceleration of my medical condition. After over three months, my documents were never completed. When I had not heard back for a month, I reached out letting the attorney know that time was of the essence given My medical issues and to please provide an update, bc I needed to know if I needed to engage another attorney. I received a cold and unprofessional response telling me she didnt know I was sick and would not be able to get to it, so I should find another lawyer. In my opinion, This was unprofessional given the fact that the lawyer was engaged almost four months prior and I was told that this wouldnt take long at all by her sister, who I originally spoke with. I had also been upfront about my medical situation and the reason I needed legal services upon engaging her. Had I not reached out when I did, no one in the office would have provided an update. Now I have to start this process all over again with a new lawyer. Thank you for nothing. I never write reviews, but I had to in this case bc Had the attorney let me know what was going on and communicated timely, I could have sought another lawyer long ago. Instead I feel like my time was not valued and that I was disregarded. Also, her saying she didnt know I was sick, explains why she Had a hard time understanding why I wanted to make certain elections in my will. Rather than judging who Im leaving what, get the damn document done.
