Horrible customer service. We had them do some signs for a company van and from far away the sign looked fine but upon closer inspection any letter or number that had a curve to it was cut jagged. We contacted them and told them of the issue and they said they could fix it. It has been almost a month now since the original job has been done and nothing has been resolved. We have called them 5 or 6 times to get this taken care of and not once have called us back. We feel like they are giving us the run around. Once they hung up on us then sent a text message, as if they were afraid to talk to us. They were very helpful and easy to get in touch with before the job was done. Now that we want it fixed they are m.i.a They had no problem taking our money right away but they have a problem fixing their mistake. I would not do business with them again based on this experience.

We were looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial working relationship with this company. We had finally signed a service agreement in June of 2019 after working with Rachit to get our proposal fine tuned. After the proposal was signed Rachit, our sales rep. disappeared and would not respond to many attempts to reach out. Additionally, we reached out to every upper management personnel we had contact information for (several times) to no avail. This project is still outstanding as of January 2020. We will be looking for a new signage company to work with on this and all future projects as it is apparent from this experience that our dollars should be spent with a company in need of the business as it is clear this company has neither the time nor inclination to work with businesses looking to spend thousands of dollars on new signage.

A delight to work with! I ordered two pull-up banners from Ratna and her team at Perfect Impressions and the turn out was amazing. Reasonable pricing with a fast turn around made the whole experience a breeze. Can't wait to send them our next project!

Unfortunately while the customer service was great in the beginning and the price was right, after signing a proposal and agreeing to service etc., months went by with multiple follow ups and little to no response from them. We should not have to beg for our business to receive the service they quoted and we agreed to complete. We never received proofs, fabrication dates, install dates, etc. No one will identify who is the owner, cant get to a supervisor, for all I know I might have been dealing with the owner, who knows.
