On 7/10/21 our Dealership took in Mike Santoianni's 2014 FLHXS for an overcharging condition. Our diagnosis was that the voltage regulator had failed and needed to be replaced. Mike was called by our Assistant Service Manager, John DaSilva on 7/15/21 and told that the regulator was $232.68 and the work would require 1.25 hours in labor. The repair was approved & authorized by Mike Santoianni. We ordered the regulator & completed the repairs and our road test of the customer's bike indicated it was repaired and charging at approximately 14 volts, which is normal for a 2014 FLHXS. Motorcycle was offered back to the customer on Wednesday 7/21/2021. At time of vehicle return, Mike Santoianni claims he road the bike 2 miles and that the voltage was "spiking" The bike was then inspected by the Dealership Service Department again and then test ridden by Dealer/Owner Al Lucchino for 15 miles and the volt meter behaved normally, displaying approximately 14+ volts throughout the ride. Mike Santoianni then attempted to claim that the bike was not charging correctly, which is simply not true. It is unclear why, having approved the repair and after our Dealership verified the proper operation of the new voltage regulator, Mike would attempt to manufacture an issue with his motorcycle that had been addressed and repaired & then in his Google Review claim that he was overcharged for the voltage regulator which is also false. The second issue that needs to be addressed in connection with Mike Santoianni & his Google Review is his repeatedly inappropriate conduct & behavior that can only objectively be characterized as bullying & intimidation tactics, along with his use of profanity which was directed at our Team here at Harley-Davidson of Danbury. Bullying & profanity/verbal abuse of the Team here at Harley-Davidson of Danbury is unacceptable conduct and will not be tolerated, and Mike Santoianni has been advised.

What a con they are. They change parts to make money & over charged me on the part they installed I found out when I got home. I would never recommend them at all. The owner Al I thought was a friend showed his true con colors to me. Found out from friends that go there as well they feel the same way. Please everyone stand clear from this place, go elsewhere.
I really wanted to say it was a good experience but Id be lying. When I bought the bike they went above and beyond to make sure it was available that day for me to take home and even stayed a few minutes after hours. Everything seemed great. Was told they would order the parts I needed. Was told a week later it was ordered. And then weeks went by. I reached out they said its delayed. Then weeks again went by said they should be there. I call they say was never ordered. Say in a week it will arrive then again weeks and months went by. I was lied and pushed off from Mike in sales. And I just went to Bristol Harley. The offer for my bike was 18k vs Danbury was 14k. I wont be going back to Danbury to buy another bike. And if they had just gotten the keys sorted out I probably wouldnt have looked elsewhere. Bought 2 bikes in 3 months and Im glad Bristol Harley got my sale! Bristol went WAY ABOVE and beyond. From greeting me to giving me so many extras and freebies and even doing alternate work on my new bike for absolutely free and showing me all work orders. I heavily recommend looking at Bristol Harley before purchasing here at the danbury Harley: at Bristol Harley they actually do what they say when they say it and for a far better price!!!!
This dealership is more than Harley its family!!! They are knowledgeable beyond friendly and professional. You would make the right decision walking in and wrong decision leaving without a bike or a rapport built to convince you to buy a Harley at Danbury. Colleen is an amazing sales lady and Gilad mentor. The owner is hands on and has a great staff. I highly recommend this location over the rest! BTW I got an early mother's day gift. Iron 883 shorter 2018, great price
While riding from Maryland to Massachusetts we stopped here to grab some poker chips and it turned into so much more than just that. Within 10 minutes of being there it started to down pour. They offered us a coffee and a place to stay until the storm passed. Unfortunately the storm didnt pass untill the next morning so we had to get a hotel that was nearby. In fear of ours bikes getting we asked Colleen one of the sales reps if it would be possible to store our bikes anywhere and with zero hesitation she texted the owner and asked if it was okay. He said yes and they let us pull the bikes into their shop. Long story short they made us feel like family. Great shop with incredibly friendly owners and staff.
Sales not very negotiable, went out to Nassau county hd ,well worth the trip, same exact bike 900 dollars cheaper.
