Horrible customer service, lack of responsiveness and unwilling to help locate merch that was never delivered.
I ordered a CD at the beginning of December for a Christmas Gift. It was delivered on the 28th. I had to purchase another gift from somewhere else as a replacement. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again.
We use Forward Merch for all of our business (Furys Publick House) apparel/merchandise and we are never disappointed! The staff is friendly and professional, and the quality is always fantastic. The t-shirts and hoodies we get from them look great, are soft and comfortable, and hold up well in the wash. We love this company!
I regret not writing this review sooner. They had taken over a different company at the time, which I understand, but I ordered $80 worth of merchandise and to this day, I have no products or refund. I reached out SEVERAL times, first by e-mail, and then they stopped responding to my e-mails, by phone. After some months of back and forth, they said they had mailed me a refund check. I called a month later when I had received nothing, and same story. I asked for receipts, I asked if they could check their books because it's not like I had cashed a check I didn't receive, and they were so unhelpful. I even asked if they could just fulfill my original merchandise. Worst experience ever, I'm out $80 which to a regular person is a significant amount of money. Do not order anything from this company. Update: Got an email after I posted this review. I got a refund via paypal. Still a bit sour that it took over a year and a negative review to get my money back but the person who reached out was nice and responsive.
