Disgusting customer service. The only way this company are willing to help you is when they default you and screw up your credit file. Legal advice being taken.
We got in Credit Card trouble a few years back. Link "purchased" this debt. Link and their staff have always been courteous and helpful and have explained whenever I've had questions. They even offer up information that i was unaware of such as "how to remove a default" after 6 years. After the initial setup, there were reminder letters each year asking if we'd like to review our payment plan, which we never actually did but Link left us alone to continue the original plan. I'm now 1 month away from clearing this debt with minimial interaction past the initial setup. The subject matter is never a confortable one but the experience from my point of view has been pain free.
Selina the CEO attacked me on the lift... I am so upset.
