Theres no good way to respond to these sort of reviews. As a business, we either come off as appearing to make excuses or sounding defensive. So rather than get in the weeds, we will simply respond with, we hear you and we will work to do better. We disagree with your opinion of us and feel its too harsh of a review, but well keep working to get better. We hope your student has a great school year and enjoys the shirts that we printed for them. We really like the bulldog with the glasses design and hope they do as well.

Customer service, what can I say, there isnt any. I placed my order for spirit wear like I do every year via the link the school sends out. This year I decided to skip the middle man (delivery to the school) and pick the order up myself. Once the time frame for processing had passed (the time frame they have listed in their website) and zero communication I reached out via email about the status of my order. After waiting a little over 24 hours and getting no response I looked them up on Facebook to see if they had posted about delays. I commented there (pictured below) and also located a phone number and called them. There was an automated message stating for a quicker response to text. I did, and still nothing but the response below on Facebook some time later that my order is and had been ready for pick up. The other lady that commented had commented several times, bless her heart, she still hasnt heard from them. I went to pick up my shirts today and when I walked in someone peeped around the corner and said, see those bins there, its most likely in there, let us know if you cant find it. What kind of business is that? There are a million and one mamas out there printing shirts that appreciate your support and will spoil the mess out of you. Go with one of them. Youll be better off.
Though we appreciate honest feedback, when it's fair, in this case, your feedback is misplaced. Your order was refunded on July 22 and an email about your refund status was sent on that date explaining that the printer we use to print your shirt was currently out of service and rather than make you wait for your shirt, we were refunding you completely.

STILL can't get any communication on the status of my order. Not sure whether I'm getting my order or not.
We have searched our order records for Mr. or Ms. or Mrs. or Miss W and we have been unable to locate any order from W. We also searched for George W Bush, but the ex-President has never ordered from us either. We take these reviews seriously as we hope to do better when we let a customer down. But with so few details from this reviewer, we are left not with a sense of a W but an L.

horrible customer service and communication; nice try trying to cover with that response below but you had your chance and never returned 3 phone calls/messages nor 3 texts over several weeks. bad customer service gets noticed and people should be warned. your not responding is disrespectful, lacks common courtesy and is bad business.
