Hello Diane, I cannot find you in our database. I assume you have the wrong company. If you would like to solve please call the office 586-228-2200 to discuss I have no record of doing business with you nor is that a practice that I would ever follow. When you have a freon leak we could NEVER guarantee how long the system will run before it leaks out again nor is this ever our suggestion! You need to find the cause of the leak or it will just leak out again so there is much misinformation in your review. We would never suggest that unless a customer insisted on just filling and NOT finding the leak, due to not having the money to fix. As you can see by ALL of our other reviews, we are a very well known company for our honesty and being up front with our customers, giving the customers many options and letting them choose what they want to do.

Came over to check my unit and didnt throughly inspect it. Told me that my unit was running fine and that it was old. Recommended a few pounds of R22 to last throughout the summer costing me 485 dollars. I only had air a day and a half. I had my unit replaced by Family heating and cooling by professionals who stated that I needed more work done!!! I dont recommend this company at all.

Todd, The phone call was less than a minute long. I asked you a question so I could understand your needs and you were all over the place and then hung up the phone. So if thats considered rude, It's best you found someone to work with because we dont want you as a customer!! Youre the one missing out; we are an amazing company, who actually care about our customers!!!!! I would think since I was smart enough to ask questions about your issues I would get 3 stars

I am giving a one star review because the receptionist was incredibly rude to me. I did not get service and I am going through C&C instead because they have a professional and courteous receptionist.

I can not say enough about Ed and his team. They do the work they way it should be done. Clean, professional, and efficient. Anyone shopping for a new furnace or A/C should ask themselves the following question. Whats more important, the equipment or the people you have install it? I can tell you as I have had Ed and his team install 2 furnaces in both of my houses and he matches exactly what you need to your home and the difference is amazing. Eds knowledge of heating & A/C systems is second to none. Thanks Ed & Carrie your professionalism is truly appreciated. -John

I was referred to North Wind by a friend and I'm glad I made the call. I was having a hard time finding an HVAC company to install a furnace in my garage but got a quote scheduled within a few days, they started the job the next week and knocked it out in a day. Very professional, fair quote and even referred me to an electrician to do some additional work in my garage. Thank you!

Ryan, This must be a mistake we have looked you up and you have never done business with North Wind. Please call the office 586-228-2200 so we can resolve what issues you are having. No one ever called, we feel this is a competitor tying to bring down our 5 star rating :(
