The owner is incredibly helpful and friendly, by contrary the staff is not that much. Good haircuts but not that recommendable for massages, they are definitely beauticians and not therapists; for this reason they can harm your back.

Booked in for a facial at a 'special rate' but just received a call to explain that the 'special rate' is for new customers only, therefore I would have to pay full price as I had been there a few times over previous years - surely you should be rewarding the customers that do keep returning to you not turning away their business - this is called loyalty? I have booked elsewhere now for my lunchtime facial and actually got a better rate. Very disappointed by body essentials and sadly my few times over previous years will be my last.

Great first time experience. I got a dermalogica facial which I easily booked on wahanda. The beautician not only gave me an amazing treatment but a luxurious massage to boot. She recommended the crystal facial and I'm looking forward to trying it next month.

I went for an underarm wax I was left waiting upstairs by myself for ages and when I came out I had wax on MY HAIR which was tied up in a bun and on my NEW FITBIT WATCH!!! This is not professional at all will never go there again!!
