Yep, everyone seems nice here. Had no real personality issues. If it was all about smiles and shaking hands Id be giving a few more stars. Ultimately it comes down to the work. Yep its also a big place with an impressive tour. We really had high hopes for our relationship with this company and our sales rep Bob. Things started out great and ended very poorly. We are stuck with a lot of merch that is nothing close to what we thought we were getting. The quality seems decent, just not what we wanted or approved. At some point before we took delivery a switch was made. We approved several items both in person and via email. Ultimately, we received items which had a different label, different color and had a much smaller profile. My guess is that these were done because they were cheaper to make than what we had approved. We do not think it was a simple mix up or mistake. The logo is smaller, the profile is smaller, the color is different, the manufacturer is different and the style is different. Make sure to check colors and labels before taking delivery. Of course I am a bit color blind and I only made a cursory inspection of the boxes I received before putting them in a locker. When we finally go to set up, it took one of our media staff to realize that literally everything was different from the "approved samples" we were given. When I asked about our issues I immediately got a very defensive and hostile reply from our sales rep Bob suggesting that he "ate the cost of extra stitching" and that we were merely "unhappy after the fact" with the stuff we approved. This belies the truth of our photographic, date stamped, email timelines and the samples that were given of the approved hats which we had been wearing for a week prior. The final product, less in every way. We do not have the time or energy to waste right now. So out of luck. Just another lesson in how few companies stand behind their work these days. Lots of slick sales people out there. This was our experience which I will be sharing with literally all of our other partners and customers. As a small but growing business we definitely feel that we were rolled over. If your a large company your better positioned and you may not miss a few sordid details. Perhaps one day :) I hope your experience is better. Just make sure to apply every bit of due diligence. I thought I was being so smart in sending pictures of the actual items we wanted approved, even having the samples and creating an email timeline of every detail. We are still looking for a good printing and embroidery service that will stand behind their work and deliver exactly what is approved.
