Larissa I am sorry but you are misinformed. While the results of the eye exam are certainly your property, and are gladly given to you, your PD is taken by a licensed Optician who is fitting your lenses into your frame. Opticians are also responsible for the final RX and fit of your eyewear. Online eyewear is less expensive than a Brick and Mortar store because we offer so many more services. We are replacing lenses for people who bought eyewear online on a regular basis because of the errors, headaches, double vision and a host of other problems these "cheap" eyeglasses cause. By NYS law, your eye exam results are yours, but your PD is measured by your Optician. Online Eyeglasses are The same as buying your Prescription Medication online without a Pharmacist. Studies by a top rated consumer organization has shown up to 60% of online eyeglass prescription are improperly filled. Good Luck.

BEWARE! I asked for my eye exam information and PD so I can order lenses online, to what I was told that I have to pay for it. It is absolutely illegal to deny a patient his information upon the request! This information must be free of charge because it was paid for during the initial eye test. The reason they do this is to make patients their customers and force them to buy glasses and lenses from them. An eye doctor there is just another hostage of the frames/glasses business.

This was my first visit and I am extremely happy with the results. The eye exam was very thorough and the team was extremely helpful in helping me choose the best glasses for my needs and look. They gave me a window of a week to 10 days but they were actually ready within a week! They were also very willing to help come within my budget on my choice of glasses.

The staff are very polite. My son is disable, the Doctor had patience and worked with us to accommodate his needs. Overall very good service.
