They take to long to see you,they accuse you of overpayment, take it out to long,cause you to lose back payments and don't care. they send or don't send letters out,and if they do it goes to the wrong address.

This is a great place. If you want better service I would suggest you come up at 7 so you can get whatever you need done first. I was in there less than 5 minutes and I got everything I needed done. Do the application online and then go to the office to get your Link Card but when you get to the office make sure you have your state ID
