This is a fake review. We have no record of anyone by this name on our call logs or in our database. Nice try though! We work hard to provide a positive customer experience and won't be deterred by people with entirely too much time on their hands that have nothing better to do than hurtful things like this. The sale representative was rude, unprofessional and he had no idea what was going on, all we wanted was a estimate for a awning for a exterior window. The representative complained that the front office scheduler's had no idea what they were doing because their company doesn't install awnings on windows. I explained twice what type of awning we wanted during the phone conversation and I was told that Ultra Patio was able to install. Due to the lack of communication between the scheduler and representative, the visit was a total waste of time! Update response 7/28/22@ 12:42 pm: This message is for the owner of Ultra Patio who responded to my review today 7/28/22. First of all, my review isn't fake and nor is my name, your sophomoric response to my complaint was ridiculous and petty. I have no reason to write a review that's untrue, your response was one of a child and again unprofessional like the representative that arrived at our home in a white car,( if I'm not mistaken a late model Audi), slender white male that appeared to be 50+ He wasn't dressed appropriate either, shirt and jeans, as if he had just came from hanging out with his homies! He was so rude and his tune was disrespectful towards me, until my husband came outside and of course, he all of sudden became kind. It's sad that you weren't able to address our experience without sarcasm. Right away you noted that I needed "sunshine" because you couldn't except our bad experience review, as a result, you totally decided to go left and became defensive rather than apologizing for our waste of time, especially since our issue was due to your staff's lack of communication. Sad sad story and we're so happy we didn't purchase any of your products! Have a awesome day!

This review is illegitimate. This project was not permittable under local jurisdiction. This individual is posting false and damaging reviews under 3 different names all under the same IP address. We are currently looking into and reviewing a civil lawsuit into the matter. Our customers know that we put them first and individuals should disregard an improper review such as this one.

Thomas Ferreri is a straight up honest good guy. He gave me the best possible rate I could find and the workmanship of the patio is excellence. They came out and finish the patio in no time at all, it was so fast. They even started the job earlier then I would have expected to my amazement. I plan to highly recommend Ultra Patios to anyone I know that needs a cover patio. They are very professional!

Not that really good experience with this company but i gave the stars to their workers who did the installation of our patio,They did a good job!
